SANAM TRAVEL LTD – BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Information

Sanam Travel Ltd, acts as an intermediary between travellers and various service providers
such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies and tour operators.

By using our services, you
agree to the following terms & conditions:

1 – Booking Process

To make a booking, you must submit a reservation request through our website, Call Centre or
authorized agents. The request must include all relevant details, such as travel dates,
passenger information and any specific requirement.

1.2 – Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed once we have received full payment, or a deposit (if
applicable) and have issued a booking confirmation. Please ensure you review the
confirmation carefully to ensure accuracy.

1.3 – Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, Visa’s and
health certificates are valid and obtained before departure.

2 – Payments and Cancellations

Payment: Full payment or deposit (depending on ticket type) as specified during the booking
process, must be made to secure your booking. We accept various payment methods and the
applicable payment terms will be presented to you at the time of booking.


2.1 Cancellation By Traveller: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing
or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the
specific terms and conditions of the service provider. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed
in line with the providers policies.

2.2 Cancellation by Service Provider: In the event of a cancellation or significant change to
your booking by a service provider, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer a
suitable alternative. However, we are not liable for any costs or damages arising from such
changes.


3 – Travel Insurance


We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, to protect yourself
against any unforeseen circumstance, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost
luggage, or any other travel-related issues. We do not provide this service, therefore the
ultimate responsibility must lie with the traveller to purchase this.


4 – Limitations of Liability


Sanam Travel Ltd acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for any acts, omissions or
negligence on the part of any service provider, which includes, airlines, hotels, car rental
companies and tour operators. Any disputes or claims arising from any of their services must
be addressed directly with the respective provider.


4.1 – Force Majeure: Sanam Travel Ltd shall not be liable for any delays, changes or
cancellations as these are beyond our control, this includes but not limited to natural disasters,
acts of terrorism, civil unrest or government regulations.


5 – Privacy Policy – Personal Information


Sanam Travel Ltd respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance
with applicable data protection laws. We collect and use your personal data only for the
purpose of providing services, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and improving our
offerings.
